No more phone calls chasing a free dock slot.
Your customers book their own slot. The system assigns the dock and handling time from the pallet count, and you see the whole day on one screen.
Today, coordination looks like this
Three tools, none of them built for the job. Drivers wait, docks sit empty, and nobody can say who caused it.
The phone
Your warehouse manager takes dozens of calls a day and writes slots on paper. When they are off, the schedule is off with them.
The inbox
Confirmations drown in threads. Nobody knows whether the carrier saw the new time until the truck shows up at the gate.
The spreadsheet
Two people open the same file and overwrite each other. There is no change history, so a detention dispute cannot be settled.
Four steps, zero phone calls
From the customer's request to a closed operation at the dock — every step recorded, with author and timestamp.
The customer requests a slot
They give the warehouse, operation type, pallet count and driver details. No calls, no guessing which slots are free.
The system assigns dock and window
Handling time follows from the pallet count and the threshold set for that warehouse. The system checks opening hours, dock type and existing bookings in a single database operation. If nothing is free, it proposes the nearest available slot.
The dispatcher confirms
They see the queue, confirm or adjust dock and time. The customer is notified at the address given on the request form.
The warehouse operator executes
On the screen at the dock they mark driver arrival, start and finish. Every event carries the time it actually happened, not when it was typed in.
What you get
Everything needed to keep traffic coordination in one place.
Automatic slot assignment
Pallet thresholds set separately for inbound and outbound, separately per warehouse. A refrigerated dock will refuse a full truck if that is how you configure it.
Dock board on the wall
Full-screen view for the gatehouse. Refreshes itself, readable from across the room.
Email notifications
On every status change, to the address given on the booking form — not the account's registered contact. Every send is logged.
Detention report
Waiting time measured from real event timestamps: driver arrival to start of handling. Evidence for the conversation with the carrier.
Punctuality and utilisation
Who is systematically late, and which hours leave docks standing empty. Data, not impressions.
Complete change history
Who changed what and when, from request to closure. Detention disputes are settled by the record, not by memory.
Five roles, clear boundaries
Everyone sees what their job needs. The boundary is enforced by the server, not by a hidden button.
Administrator
Configures warehouses, docks, thresholds and accounts. Access to every report.
Dispatcher
Confirms and adjusts bookings. Manages customer companies. Cannot delete records.
Warehouse manager
Operational oversight, dictionary editing, reports. The only role besides admin that can cancel a booking.
Warehouse operator
The screen at the dock: start and finish, event logging. One operation at a time.
Customer
Requests slots and reschedules their own. Never sees another company's bookings.
You pay per warehouse, not per booking
No cap on requests, no per-user fees. Billed monthly, cancel whenever you like.

Go to registrationDriver data, properly protected
The system handles names, phone numbers and plates. We treat that as an architecture problem, not a policy statement.
Isolation enforced by the database
Each operator's data is separated by the database engine, not by a condition in application code. A bug cannot expose another operator's records — the engine refuses.
GDPR-aligned retention
Driver personal data is removed automatically after a retention period you set per warehouse.
A log that cannot be deleted
Cancelling a booking does not erase its history. The record stays, because settlements depend on it.
